Jim Nosich and Marc Ganz have the highest legal ability and have been recognized with an “AV PREEMINENT” rating in Martindale-Hubbell and are members of the American Board of Trial Advocates. The firm’s practice consists of handling cases involving medical malpractice, professional and general liability. In the general liability fields, the firm handles security and premises liability while also handling automobile and trucking accidents. All of our lawyers have courtroom experience.
Our service extends outside the courtroom, as well. The firm currently has three members who were elected to membership on the American Board of Trial Advocates. The firm also supports many charitable and civic causes each year, donating both time and much needed capital to our community. The firm, through its attorneys, also represents minors on a pro bono basis through the ABOTA Pro Bono Guardianship Program.
