Susan L. Palmatier was born and raised in Miami, Florida. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Florida International University.

Thereafter, she obtained a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University, School of Law. Prior to joining Nosich & Ganz, Ms. Palmatier’s practice focused on medical malpractice, wrongful death, commercial litigation, insurance defense and personal injury.

Ms. Palmatier is a member of the Florida Bar where she serves as Chair of the Client Security Fund Committee and Client Security Fund Subcommittee on Rules and Regulations. She is also a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association, the  U.S. District Court-Southern District of Florida, U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida and Bankruptcy Court, and the U.S. District Court-Northern District of Florida. Ms. Palmatier is a Supreme Court of Florida Certified Circuit Civil Mediator.

Currently, she concentrates her practice in the areas of medical malpractice, wrongful death, premise liability, and commercial litigation.
