Siona Horowitz was born in New York and grew up in Louisville, Kentucky.  Ms. Horowitz attended the University of Central Florida, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Criminal Justice.  In 2013, Siona received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, where she graduated cum laude with a Certificate in Family Law.  While attending law school, Ms. Horowitz worked as a certified legal intern for Gator TeamChild, the Juvenile Law Clinic at the University of Florida.  There, she was an advocate for children as their attorney ad litem in delinquency, dependency, administrative, and educational matters.

Prior to joining Nosich & Ganz, Ms. Horowitz worked for a civil defense firm handling cases involving automobile negligence, personal injury protection (PIP) and insurance fraud (SIU) litigation.  Additionally, she represented clients in a variety of complex family law matters, including dissolutions of marriage, and post-decree modification and enforcement proceedings.

Currently, Ms. Horowitz focuses her practice on personal injury protection (PIP), insurance fraud (SIU) litigation, first- and third- party property defense, and medical malpractice, as well as general and professional liability matters.
