Melanie earned her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law. While at Emory, Melanie was a Dean’s Honor Scholarship Recipient and a Black Law Students Association (BLSA) 2L mentor. Furthermore, she was a member of the Emory Public Interest Committee (EPIC), and served as Secretary to Emory’s Health Law Society.
Prior to joining Nosich & Ganz, she has representedFlorida government entity in homeowner’s insurance claim disputes and has experience representing financial institutions in consumer debt litigation in each of the 67 counties in Florida . Since joining the firm, Melanie continues to concentrate her practice in first-party property insurance defense with additional work in general liability and persona injury protection defense.
