Adam Santana was born and raised in Miami, Florida.  He attended the University of Florida where he graduated with honors earning his Bachelor of Science in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration.  He obtained his J. D., cum laude,  from the Florida State University College of Law in 2012.  During law school, Mr. Santana completed an externship with the Leon County Public Defender’s Office where he defended criminal defendants in felony judicial proceedings.

Prior to joining Nosich & Ganz, Mr. Santana was an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office for 2 years where he served as a courtroom training attorney and was amongst the most active trial attorneys in his class.  He tried over 20 cases to jury verdict, primarily as the first chair, in addition to countless more bench trials for a variety of criminal prosecutions from misdemeanor DUIs to all degrees of felonies.

Mr. Santana transitioned to civil practice after leaving the State Attorney’s Office by joining the law firm of Wicker Smith O’Hara McCoy & Ford, where he litigated medical malpractice and general liability claims on behalf of his clients. 

Mr. Santana focuses his practice on medical malpractice, professional liability, administrative defense of healthcare providers, commercial litigation, and general liability.  He is admitted to practice in the State of Florida.
